Hi,
I have problems with sort feature by MyBB. I'm member of other vBulletin forums, and when I sort threads by creation date, it sorts threads by creating date, from the earliest created one to the oldest one.
However, MyBB doesn't seem to do this?

For example:
http://community.mybb.com/forumdisplay.p...&datecut=1

It only shows a few threads and it's not even correct creation date..

Any help ?

Mybb sorts by last post date?

It does that automatically by default, but I want to sort the threads by creation time of THREAD.

Weird, I'm not really sure what it's trying to do there.

I understand what you mean now. Yeh that doesn't appear to be working, it should be listing threads by the time stamp of the OP but for me just shows all threads listed as normal.

I use the thread sorting feature a lot in my forums and it's working without problems.
I also can't see any problems in your example. It shows all threads with new posts from the last 24 hours, ordered by the thread creation date (as you can see the last post dates are random), just like you selected.
If you want to show all threads you have to choose "From: Beginning" instead of "From: Today" (the date cut is always related to the last post of the thread only)

What if I want to see the Today's threads only sorted by date?
It doesn't show them correctly.
