im trying to upgrade my forum from 1.4 to the latest edition...in uploaded the files and when i went to the install it just shows a "0" on the page...

please help...

Upload them again, that's not being outputted by MyBB. If that doesn't work, ask your host about it. What's your PHP version??

i reuploaded them and the same issue...it just shows a "O" on the page and the main folder where my forum is...
host says they support version 4 & 5...and im currently running 4.4.9.

That's the problem then, you need PHP 5.1+.
