Super moderator have all permission like edit and delete anyone's posts. but i want to give permission to moderator to edit post of any user also move,lock the post, But moderator can't delete the post. How to do this.

Also how to assign certain moderator to certain forums

You can assign moderators to forums by going to ACP >> Forums & Posts >> Forum Management >> forumname >> Moderators

when you set the moderator to the forum it will give a list of permission such as edit delete move. choose the ones you want then save.
