i get a 'you do not have persmission to access \forum\admin\settings.php' whenver i try click save/modify in the general configuration page in admincp.
below it it also says i have run into a 404 error.
things i've checked include.
reuploading the php file.
changing the files permissions.
strange error, becoz the other config screens save perfectly fine.

just droped the db and reuploaded /inc and /admin, then reinstalled the board, and its still not working.
error happens after i click submit changes
