I'm not sure what has happened it looks like the style sheet of my forum is broken? I haven't edited it when it happened it just turned like this when I logged on none of the links work only the homepage I can access the admin control panel via my history.

I have no idea how to fix it or what has actually gone wrong.

You seem to have many missing files and folders.
Re-upload all MyBB files (download from here).

But thats the thing i've checked all the ftp and it's all there nothing is missing

Go on admincp > Tools & Maintenance > File Verification > Click "Yes".
Do you get "Missing" .php files?

EDIT: It seem to be up now.

Fixed it somehow the /forums was missing so it was getting the wrong link for everything.

You just had the board URL set incorrectly so all the links, including to the stylesheet, were incorrect.
