I edited my font's colour and result these to be unseenable.

How can I make these colour to be seen again? but won't change my forum font colours.

You need to change the color in the css of the editor. It can be found here:
jscripts/editor_themes/<YOURTHEME>/stylesheet.css

The css elements are:
.messageEditor
.toolbar_dropdown

^ yes .. for the editor themes you have to download the css files & edit AND for myBB's forum themes, you have to edit through admin panel

I don't see my theme folder here

At the section <YOURTHEME>, I have 2 options. "default" & "Office_2007" which one should I choose? I'm using "blackevo4" theme.

^ your forum is using default theme for the editor ; you have to modify its stylesheet ( ./jscripts/editor_themes/default/stylesheet.css )
