Any way to ( maybe a plugin? ) limit number of thread post replies to one per user per a specific forum/s while not limiting in other forums... eg limit number of thread replies to one, and if the user/s wanted to add/change something they would just do it with an edit/add to the original reply post ?

This plugin enables you to select forums in which your members are limited to posting only one thread. It does not affect replies, only the posting of new threads.

Looks like way to limit one thread per user/forum, but not replies per thread.
May need to go another direction with how forum works.
