Ever stayed up 2-4 nights in a row to ridiculous hours because of the work you're doing? Then realize the nights after you just can not sleep normal time? Yeah, I have. That's the only reason I'm making this thread at 5:35am, to avoid the inevitable me laying in bed for an hour or two shouting at my brain to shut down.
I hate it too.
Have fun /sarcasm
Wink
Don't let it get to you. I do micro naps most days now because I messed mine so badly.
My body's pretty much screwed body clock wise. I stay up till 3am just about every night now, then sleep till 7:30am and nap throughout the day haha
Same. The effect? Sleeping in class lol.
Glad I'm not alone lol. Never have napped, how do you stop yourself from napping for ages?
Unless I'm beat, I can't get to bed before midnight, but I have to sleep into at least 8:30 am in order for that to affect me. Unfortunately, some times I have to get up earlier (like today) for work and other appointments.

Set alarms. Get two days in a week, and stay for two days. It'll be painful and hard, but then at 9ish on the second night, crash. Make sure at all costs you are out of bed before 9, and repeat that for seven more days.

My "sleep" specialist told me sleep habits for after 8 days. So make an 8 day pattern.
Happens to me all the time, especially on vacations from school. Sad Haha, it's really annoying when I'm trying to go bed early for whatever is going on the next day.
My body clock has been screwed for years Toungue

I regularly don't go to sleep until well after midnight (at least 4 days a week) and then get up at about 7am again. I usually get caught up doing something (usually programming) and forget what time it is Smile
