I like the look, but I don't like how you posted the rules under every forum description. That just looks bad in my opinion.
You would be better just making a sticky at the tops of forums with rules and regulations.
The header logo is broken in Firefox at 1024x768.
Thats a hell of a lot of forums and is going to need a lot of active members to even look active

i agree with the rules, rather post them as threads insite each topic. it will make the forum look much better.
