Folks,
Im a bit new here so I'll try to be brief. I am assuming command of a forum that is run with the myBB software. Its currently v1.4.x and at some point I may be assigned to update the software and the plugins that will be needed. Before I take this step, is there an online tutorial I can get that walks me thru the process? I am not quite familiar with this and before I go updating anything I want to make sure I know what I am going to mess up, er, update first. There are added graphics to this forum, and we want to maintain the look of the forum as it is now.

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The theme should work fine in 1.6, but you will need to update some templates. Plugins also need updating. If you're lucky, the plugin author has probably already updated it to 1.6 by now.
