Both my forums are not loading all the way. My Microsoft AntiMalware is bringing up a message and I am not seeing any virus files on my sites.

Can you tell me why its not loading? At some point they thought it was popup_menu.js but I removed those but its still not loading. Can you help me out?

Same I got a Trojan Redirect AV pop up from your site.

Both sites load fine though, images and all on my end.

This line at the very end of prototype.js?ver=1400 shouldn't be there. I think it's some malicious code that's giving you the errors.

Also prototype has been upgraded to version 1.7, you may want to think about updating.

How do I update prototype? I am running 1.6.5 on both of my sites so they should be updated.

^ you can replace it from a fresh download of myBB 1.6.5 package ; ALSO check for any other corrupt / changed files through
file verification tool available at the tools & maintenance section of admin panel. it analyzes all myBB system files ..

I just updated the files and I ran the file verification. According to the File Verification tool the following 1.6.5 direct files form MYBB are changed.

Whats that about?

^ most probably they are not critical ; if you have not modified them then you may replace them from myBB package
( you may keep a backup of those files if you are unsure .. )
