I turned off Users Browsing Forum and it stays there. I went into show thread templates and its not there. I looked at forum display templates and nothing.

No one can help you if they don't see the source code and locate the "<"

I would first suggest disabling all the plugins to see if this goes away, if it does go away then check the latest plugins you've edited/added. Hope this helps, I had the same issue in my header.
