Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class timer in /home/jessekb/public_html/inc/class_timers.php on line 0

i get thus fatal error when trying to view the plugins in the admin panel. im using the latest version. i didnt have it before.... any idea's on how to fix this?

There's a file in the plugins folder that is no plugin.
