This is a little bit complicated issue

I want to remove new thread button from a mother forum and keep it in the subforums.

Example: let's say we have:

* Main forum: Cars
* Sub-forums: - BMW
- Mercedes
- Ford ...

I want to remove New Thread button from the mother forum but keep it in the sub-forums, means members can only post in the sub-forums not in the mother forum.

Pease help me with this.

Just make the "mother forum" a category.

That works thank you, but it comes with another issue but I fix it
