hi i got this from my host provider
I came across entries in the slow-queries.log for mysql. The slow-query.log keeps track of mysql queries that take an inordinate amount of time to complete and the number of rows that were examined in relation to the amount of time taken. Entries in the slow-query.log almost always indicate an issue with the database that is detrimental to resource usage. We noticed that your database user fwebmas_jtyte68g got many entries in slow query logs.
Query_time: 22.964723 Lock_time: 15.262466 Rows_sent: 0
Rows_examined: 2035 Rows_affected: 0 Rows_read: 2035
and yes whas a very long spammy post
i delet the user and post
and i have versi 1.6.4
wil upgrade it today
