Edit your theme's templates by going to "Templates & Styles" then to "Templates" find your theme, open all of the templates and edit them.
However if you get rid of the first one, your navigation will be lost (like if you go to a topic in a forum you won't be able to easily click to get back to that forum, you'll have to hit the back button on your browser) and the second one is telling your users the category of the forum (so they might know where to specifically post or what those forums relate to).
