Hello, Ive been experiencing a weird problem, sometimes when I add something to a template like header of postbit, the forum will no show the changes Ive made, and when I recheck the template, it will still have the edits Ive made. http://www.darkworldacademy.com
I would like to know how to get rid of this post style: http://i40.tinypic.com/x4rms1.png It`s driving me crazy, I changed the settings in the 'show thread' options and still nothing fixes it. I wanted my forum to be displayed using the classic postbit with the avatar and profile information to be viewed on the left side of the post. This is really hurting my forums activity, I need help immediately.
With this plugin, how do I change the settings for it? I don't see it on the list
admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> Show Thread Options --> Post Layout <-- whatever you select here is set for all users
I did that, but it still didn't change anything.
^ well, if the plugin is installed then it should be changed ; I can see postbit change to classic mode on your forum !!
It is installed, and it didn't change. I still can't get rid of this: http://i40.tinypic.com/x4rms1.png
^ that is different thing ; related to this first link given a couple of posts above
Okay, that's fixed, for now at least.
But now all of my active plugins only show up on one theme and the header is messed up. The templates are exactly the same as they were when I installed the theme.
most of the plugins add code to templates ; if a plugin is working on one theme AND if it is not working on a newly installed theme /
other themes then we have to deactivate the plugins AND re-activate them so that they add required code & start working again ..
