Hi,

I'm not new to MyBB but this is the first time I have this problem. In few words MyBB 1.6.5 isn't able to redirect correctly my external link.
For example, in this thread:

http://www.my-site.ext/forum/vt-my-topic?pid=2090#pid2090

the last word is linked to a site, but if I hover the link I see the link as:

http://'http//external-site.ext/%27

(obviously I get error clicking on it).

I don't know why, I tried deactivating all plugins (even Google SEO an deleting .htaccess) and with the deafult template... but nothing.

I hope you have a solution,

is it the same for all links on posts ? you have to re-check how it was posted
can you give exact code used for that link in code tags here ...

I clicked on quik edit and the link in url bbcode appears in this way:

[url='http//external-site.ext/']My Link[/url]

PS: can someone correct the word "doble" in the title? It would be "double". :p

if URL was posted like that then its a mistake ; if the single quote symbols were added by myBB system then it needs to be checked ...

mmm... I edited that link and tried someone else, and seems to work fine now. Thak you.

Which could be the causes of the matter?
