Each time I try to import a theme .xml file it brings up this page. http://screensnapr.com/e/JBV02O.png - Screenshot

I've tried reinstalling the forum and using different theme .xml's but it keeps doing it. I've contacted my web host they say that everything is in order.

Can please someone help me? The infuriation is beyond normal.

have you checked the server error log - if you cant understand it then someone experienced has to check the issue with required temporary privileges ...
