Hello

I find something weird on my site: A box in Additional Info section in usercp about Adsense ID and another box in edit additional information zone ( see attachents 1 and 2 )
May be I installed a plugin and I don't remember that, here is the ist of all plugins I have ( see attachment 3 and 4 )

Please help me to remove that.
