i forget the templates, and i think you edited it christian lol, any ideas?
Open up the template "header_welcomeblock_member" and copy the contents to the new site.
Then open "header_welcomeblock_guest" and copy the contents to the new site.
Then open "header_welcomeblock_member_admin" and copy it to the new site.
I'm merely taking a stab at it, based on your source code.

Make sure you are pasting it into the correct template into the correct template set.
