Log into admincp then go to deactivate/uninstall/reinstall reactivate any profile comments plugins that you may have installed

Correct!
Disable/Delete and reinstall that plugin. It didn't preform a correct SQL.
If this doesn't fix it, then you apparently don't want that plugin. Toungue
