I am trying to go through the installation steps, and I have all of the files uploaded to '000webhost.com' as my host. But I can't use the installer because of the issue above.

Help please! :3

Make sure you have the file /inc/init.php on your server!

init.php has already been Chmodded for all permissions.

Anything else I can do?

^ so your installation is in Upload directory and it is still under webhost's review ..
you may like to remove that Upload directory from forum URL - for that you have to move files , change board url setting & cookie settings ..
you may PM me if direct help is required after your forum becomes live ...
