You can't sell database in MyBB community. And you can't sell a domain which doesn't have the name MyBB in it.
If you are selling the whole site, then you should add MyBB copyright and theme copyright back.

yes, so sad that he is selling his site that he is to much of a grape to keep the copyrights for theme and mybb on, and that has 95 posts. (most of which appear to be spambots)
