To upload plugins you need FTP access or cPanel.
Follow the instructions by the plugin which are quite simple for most, upload the files in the particular directories and activate the plugin through Admin Control Panel.

But customforumlogo plugin, there are two files - inc and images in the upload folder....which one to upload?
