I have set Antispam Registration Image to No, but it is still enabled.
What is causing the Image Verification to still be active if the selection is set to NO?
I would like to disable this feature.
MySQL 5, PHP5, IIS6
Once you check off for that feature, when you reload the page again, is the value still off?
Just a thought but what is the inc/settings.php chmod? I dunno if that would make a difference...
Also, try clearing your cache and reloading the registration page.

Windows not Unix/Linux. The IUSR has full permissions to the directory.
I tried a browser on a completely different PC that has never been to the site before.
