Paying for a custom theme $30, I was one like http://www.ubers.org/index.php, but I want it more sleek and I want it dark like theirs.

I recommend you have a go yourself.

Picking up html & css is easy and not as time consuming as you would expect.
The reason I say this is because that theme is a simple edit with a couple of plugins installed. All of which can be done in a few hours with a basic knowledge of html & css.

You cannot exactly have a same looking thing with same images, just to notify you, because the images and the theme is mine.

Yes. You will need to full redesign it.
