My forum was well working but suddenly when yesterday I visit to write new threads and submit it, it shows the following errors- 412 Precondition failed, The precondition on the request for the URL /newthread.php evaluated to false.
I am unable to post new thread. Yesterday I submitted 3 new threads on my forum and then during submission of 4th thread the errors (412 Precondition failed) appears all of sudden. I have not edited any code, any plugins or added new plugins.
How suddenly forum start reacting like this. If anyone got idea please suggest. I have tried many tricks but same errors. I have tried clearing my browser caches, opened with another browser, sign-up with another user and etc, but same errors is showing.
Please suggest to tackle the problem.
