Some guy are using a program to do like a "massive login" into my forum, when they do that the forums just crash and back after some minutes.
There is a way to block this type of spam?

They are doing this masslogin so the forum return the max_user_connection, I checked with my host and they can't change this value in my plan.
Do you think that CloudFlare will previne this mass access ?
CloudFlare should block activity such as that. You also could block his IP address(es) using htaccess.

Just to know what's I'm doing and to learn of course, but, how exactly it will help to avoid such thing? I mean, as I could see it will use another dns for my forum, but what's is the thing about the mass logins or the database error?

Well if they're bombarding the server with requests it may exceed a limit, there's not a lot you can do other than block the requests themselves.
