Whenever 2.0 is released, will there be a "brace period" for 1.x (1.6 or 1.8 or whatever version will be the last 1.x version) forums, as in, 1.x will get security updates for x amount of months?
If so, for how long?
In any case, my opinion is that such a brace period should not be too long, nor too short. A too short brace period (1-3 months) might hurt MyBB forum owners who host "a lot" of boards, while a "long" brace period serves only to let lazy people keep stuff as it is.
