Hey everyone, so I recently backed up my forum into an SQL file. But I have one question, how do I restore my forum back to how it was when I backed it up with the SQL?

Edit : not seen above response
import it to database thru webhost panel (database manager could be phpMyAdmin) ; some prefer making a new database ,
importing backup SQL into it then connect it to myBB forum files by editing ./inc/config.php file for the database details ...
