Yes you can
admincp->configuration->settings->general configuaration
look at Cookie Domain, Cookie Path and Cookie Prefix
Cookie Domain can be blank or .waesol.org/ to cover any sob domains you may have
Cookie Path could be /waesol.org/community/
Cookie Prefix could be blank
This is what I get if this helps anyone help them sort the issue.
