Do you mean in the forum? Not sure and don't know how to set them. Would that make a difference and can I change that setting as an administrator?

Yes you can

admincp->configuration->settings->general configuaration

look at Cookie Domain, Cookie Path and Cookie Prefix
Cookie Domain can be blank or .waesol.org/ to cover any sob domains you may have

Cookie Path could be /waesol.org/community/

Cookie Prefix could be blank

This is what I get if this helps anyone help them sort the issue.

No, it's a paid host. midphase.com.

Please reupload the JS files that come with MyBB. It appears one of them is infected with malicious code.

I just deleted all the JS files and uploaded clean ones from the original installation. How long will it be before my site is not black listed?
