I already installed "Registration Security Question" and "Stop forum spam" plugins . But spammers keep registering and posting.. is there any other recommended plugins which will prevent these annoying spam registrations ??

I already installed "Required Approval" plugin . that is the only plugin currently helping me.. but I still have to delete those unpublished spam threads/posts..

can someone pls help me ??

may be you have to use more effective questions for the Registration Security Question plugin ... (see responses here)

I had troubles with spammers too but I got rid of them using re-captcha II (to make sure it's not a bot), I use HotWords and banned some common spam words (yandex,porn,viagra,and all russian characters) and I disabled posting links under x posts. It works awesome, keeping spammers aways, see here: Dota Hotkeys , not a single spam post.
Also make your board a nofollow one (search the plugins) and inform a user when he register that your site is a nofollow one !
