Please try setting the Cookies using this tool:

http://www.dennistt.net/mybb/cookiesettings.php

Cookie Domain should be: .mohinhsg.thanhquang.info
Cookie Path should be: /diendan/

Change in Admin CP > Board Settings > General Configuration.
