is mybb 1.6.5 by default has no follow links?

for the users' signatures there is a setting in group permissions : Signature links have nofollow enabled?
related : adding nofollow to outgoing links

tired to check Signature links have nofollow enabled?
but yet my members signature we're still nofollow. how can i make their signature dofollow?

^ un-check that option for the specific groups
admin panel --> users & groups --> groups --> edit user group --> Users and Permissions --> Signature links have nofollow enabled? <-- un-check & save ..

what is the difference between follow and no follow?
