hi
when i try to upload a new threme this mesage showing

i just download theme zip file . and try to upload this zip file.i dont know how to install new theme properly

You don't upload the zip file, you have to extract the XML file, import it, and upload the images provided.

Edit : not seen above response

extract the theme's zip file in your computer. there will be a images folder with the theme name in the extracted contents.
upload that folder to ./images folder of myBB server. there will be a xml extension file with the theme name. import that
xml file for installing the theme
