hi all,

i want to create a link in admin section, on clicking that link, a form will be opened.

i will provide values and save form.
i can edit and delete entry too.

any guide, how to do it. any url/tutorial ?

i will do it for report agianst post. i want to customize report with some predefined options like bad word, spam, abuse etc.

now there items must have an index/listing page, add,edit and delete section too.
