MyBB Community Forums - MySupport solved/not solved only by authur

Hello,

I have a qurstion about MySupport. Now I have installed en use the plugin but I don't see or miss a option.

Now everyone can set the thread on Solved, Not Solved and Technical, but I want the option that only the authur can set the thread on Solved, Not Solved or Technical..

Wat Do I need to do or change so only the authur from the thread can do this??

Go to your ACP, MySupport settings tab and take a look in the settings there.

For the users that have the same overhere.

You need to do the follow things..

Set on the option for "Who can Solved/Unsloved only the admin and moderators that can do.
So don't set members or anny group here so only the mods and admins..

Then go to the global options and turn the option "Can the author mark their own threads as solved??" on YES, so then it works dat members can't set the options on Solved/Unsolved but if there are the authur then they can solved/unsolved there thread.
