Get a host and host your forum yourself. Multi-forum hosts would look good for beginning, but its not good for a long run.
One thing i have learnt is that if you are starting a Forum from scratch with 0 interest already generated all of them forums will be hard to fill with content.
As others have said get a domain & host.
The logo is bright blue and the rest of the theme is green dosen't seem to go
