You should really upgrade to the latest version. Templates can be found in the admin cp under templates. You can find templates for download in the Templates Forum or on the modifications site.

Most Template from MyBB 1.0 onwards or even after 1.1.5(Except MyBB 1.2) works for 1.1.5.
