every plugin with mysql have same error please help me to solve them noone of them work I'm very sad about story i try reinstall i try up the performance on mysql but nothing help me to solve them

Tools Used :
MyBB Version 1.6.5
PHP Version 5.2.17
SQL Engine MySQL 5.5.20
Server Type: LiteSpeed

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
    1366 - 
I believe the server you're on has MySQL strict mode enabled, in which case you'll need to ask your host to disable it.
I'm the host and tell me how i can disable that please Sad
Add:

sql_mode="TRADITIONAL,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER"

Under the [mysqld] section of your my.cnf file and restart the MySQL daemon. That _should_ work, but I'm not 100% sure if it will work on MySQL 5.5.
i use Windows server 2008 R2 Standard

tell me how to do it from command line
I work in a Unix environment, so I wouldn't know where your my.cnf is located.

I'm going to assume it might possibly be located at: C:\Program Files\mysql\bin\my.ini or something similar.
i know already where is located just no have field with that name
