InnoDB latin1_swedish_ci << Plugins try created
MyISAM utf8_general_ci < Original MyBB Database

now i need to know how to make the plugins to create the same with the mybb database type

Which plugin created this table? It's entirely the plugin author's fault rather than MyBB's (this therefore belongs in the plugin support forum).
