On my forum do not work an option for moving threads ..
Is there another way to switch themes?
Do you understood what the problem?

You need to go to the topic's moderation tools and it'll show "Move Topic" etc.
You can change themes through your UserCP (if your forum has more themes uploaded, if not then you need to copy the images of the theme over through FTP and upload the theme's .XML file in the AdminCP.
