Username Change Approval, Limit and History 1.5

Description:
Allows you to moderate username changes, limit username changes in a specific time period, and log all username changes.

Features:

• Group-based permission to moderate username changes.
  
• Group-based permissions to limit the number of times a user can change their username.
  
• Minimum wait time between username changes (set in settings).
  
• Log all username changes, including Admin CP changes.
  
• Number of changes and link to Username history in profiles (won't show up unless the user has a history).
  
• Full language support.
  

Additional Information:
I created this as a way to better regulate username changes.

This is a feature I liked on ipb the ability to restrict the amount of username changes in x amount of days.

Great plugin, most likely going to use it if anyone can confirm that with this plugin I'll be able to show the username change history even with the "require username change approval" setting disabled in usergroup settings.
