I have installed a fresh mybb, but when I try to merge the user groups from other mybb data base, I get white screen on the run usergroups.
Both data bases are MYSQL and the mybb installations are the latest releases.
Anyone know why this is happening?
I read thru all of that and still doesn't seem to work.

Feel a little out of the loop, I've looked at this

Modules with 0 things to import create a "White Page of Death"
my user group table isn't empty so this really doesn't apply. kind've stuck at the start now...
Does anyone have a step by step solution please?
