Yesterday, after I quick edited a title in a thread, the whole inital post disappeared. Do you know how to fix this bug?

do you have any thread titles related plugin ? if so disable that plugin & check again ..
AND such issue requires testing by someone experienced (may be support staff here) with required temporary privileges
