Have a Big problem we have A broad message that we can not delete it making me really MAD any help would be great. Will not let us post any announcements.

most probably it is coded in index template ; what is your forum URL ? if guests cannot see that theme then give a test user account ...

What template should i look in The forum is very private sorry i wish i could.

^ assuming that the message is visible on the index page only , check at :
admin panel --> templates --> * your theme's templates * --> index page templates --> index
