Hi

I have just set up a MyBB 1.6.5 installation. I have seen reference to closing threads.

How does one close a thread?

How does closing a thread affect the thread? (i.e. does it stop further contributions?)

What I really want is the ability to mark a thread as 'Answered'. Is there a way of doing that?

if you close a thread no further posting is possible to mark a thread as answered you may want to use the mysupport plugin
to give you the functionality that you want
