Is there a way for admin to recieve an email when some body regester, posts, reply to a post and everything else that an admin needs to be notified about?

For Posts and Replies, you've to "Subscribe" to that particular thread.

for new posts I have released Admin Notice

i could even likely expand it to new registrations

i install it but not working and not email recive

then it is not properly setup as I know it works, several people are using it, including on one of my own sites. install and activate, adjust the settings and save. make sure you enter the proper UIDs

right now, my plugin on does new content. i will consider adding the others.
