I have set it up so that all the attachements that I need can be uploaded with a maximum upload size of 90MB

The only thing is when a user goes to post including myself it says that you have used 0 bytes of your 9.7mb allocation.

How can I change a users allocation as 9.7mb is just not enough.

ACP -> Users and Groups -> Manage Groups -> *desired usergroup*

Then scrool down and find Total Attachment Quota (Kb) and modify it to fit your needs.
